You're invited on a six week journey inwardsI’ve led many programs over the years, ones focused on learning, growth, and gathering more knowledge. But the more I’ve grown to know myself and the women around me, the more I’ve realised this profound truth:
we don’t need more information. We already hold so much wisdom within.
This hit me deeply during a group call last year. I had planned to guide the women through a session, offering insights and tools, but when we arrived, I could feel it, they didn’t need more “knowledge.” What they needed was space. Space to be heard. Space to speak their truth. Space to empty their hearts without being told how to fix, change, or improve.
That moment shifted everything for me.
For too long, we’ve been conditioned to seek solutions, to fix, to improve, to change. But what if healing isn’t about adding more? What if it’s about softening into what’s already here —
within you?
Womb of Wisdom is not a course. There is no pressure to learn more, do more, or become someone else. Rather, this is a sacred space to rest in the truth of who you already are. You already have the answers within, its just a matter of trusting in that wisdom.
Each week, we gather in circle - not to be taught, but to be witnessed. We drop the need to "figure it out" and instead listen - to our bodies, our breath & our hearts.
We begin tuning into the internal rhythm already flowing within us.
This sanctuary is a fusion of the practices that have supported me in deepening my relationship with myself and my inner wisdom - meditation, journaling, solo dates, nature walks, even stepping away from social media. But this is not about following a checklist. These are invitations, not obligations. Because at the end of the day, you already know what’s best for you. You just need to feel safe enough to trust yourself again.
And that’s exactly what this space offers.
A place to go deeper with the same women each week. To cultivate trust. To be seen and witnessed in all that you are. The beauty of this sanctuary is that you’re not here to follow my path - you’re here to choose your own adventure. You've been one from the start
Big, bright, and full of light
Love beaming from your courageous heart
Just like the sun
Filled with so much power
Waiting to bloom
Like the petals of a golden flower
You were put on this earth
To shine so brightly
You are a gift, a unique expression
Only you can do it rightly
Let go of the clouds
The ones keeping you in the dark
It's time to come home now

I’m not here to be your mother, your teacher, or your guru. I’m walking this path alongside you, holding your hand, reminding you that you already have the answers within.
And here’s the truth… I don’t have all the answers either. After 27 years of living, if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that nothing is certain. I don’t know how my life is going to unfold - neither do you. And there’s so much freedom in accepting that.
You don’t need permission. You don’t need validation. And in those moments when even you don’t know what’s best, the invitation is to surrender - to trust the unknown. Because when you stop grasping for certainty and allow yourself to rest in the groundlessness, that’s when true stability emerges.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or figuring it all out, it’s about learning to trust yourself fully. Until you reach that place where you’re no longer playing small. Where you are fully in your main character energy. Thriving. Blooming. Unfurling into your truest self.
