Sol Sessions

Sol sessions provide you with the space and support to reconnect back to your light-hearted self through meditation, journaling and meaningful connection.

This is an opportunity for you to go inwards, nourish your nervous system and bask in the bliss of being alongside other like-hearted sols. Whether it be monthly sessions at the park or attending one of our weekly virtual sessions, your community is right here with you.

  • More than just the practice of closing your eyes and chanting “ommm,” Mindfulness is a way of life. A way of being. Moving through life intentionally and with awareness, staying open and present to each moment without judgement.

  • Whether it's running, hiking, dancing or yoga, moving allows you to get out of your head and back into your body. This is medicine for the body and it can put you in states where you lose sense of time, fully immersed in the here and now.

  • This is why I believe we were put on this earth - to experience deep, nourishing connection. An energy that exists between people, the natural world and with our highest self. When we can connect more deeply with ourselves, we can connect more deeply with others. It's the elixir of life.
